Fehlender Schlüssel für die Haustür; Zugang erst nach Video-Beweisen möglich. Keine Rezeption, keine erreichbare Ansprechperson vor Ort. Fehlende zweite Bettdecke trotz Belegung mit zwei Personen; fehlendes Geschirr und zweite Tasse. Defektes Fenster; Wohnung insgesamt ungepflegt und schlechter als beschrieben. Auf Mängelmeldungen wurde nicht zeitnah reagiert. Personal hat zwar zurück geschrieben "wir sind 24h besetzr"- aber es ist NICHTS passiert.
