Everything is really great. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Bangladesh. The beef biryani at the on-site restaurant is exquisite. The reception service is also excellent. The staff's hospitality is at a very high level, not often seen even in Japan. The rooms are very clean, and the amenities are well-stocked. Anyone who is undecided should definitely choose this place.

There are no issues to mention. The only minor inconvenience was that the door was a bit difficult to open.

We decided to extend our stay for 2 more days because the front desk manager, MIHTOO, promised that our experience would be better than the first day. He ensured that the cleaning crew did a perfect job in our room. All the hotel staff and security personnel provided us with extra care. Thanks to Mr. MIHTOO for his commitment, our stay was more comfortable in this busy location. Another great aspect was their in-house restaurant. If you stay at this hotel, try the Pomfret fried fish with chips, fried eggplant, and plain dal with rice. The taste was better than the 5-star hotel dining we experienced in Cox's Bazar, and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant staff and managers were friendly and helped accommodate our requests. Another pleasant surprise was the breakfast. We were not expecting a real Chinese-style egg fried rice, chicken and mushroom with corn starch gravy, Chinese mixed vegetables, and corn soup. As oriental guests, we recognized that the cooking was almost like Chinese style and tasted good. I found out that the cook was a local guy and not Chinese. Their buffet on other days also offered a nice variety of choices. It's worth trying the restaurant.

This hotel is located in a very busy commercial area, and there are loud noises all the time.

An advantage is that if you like Bangladeshi Asian food, the restaurant is on the reception floor and open until 2 AM. The food is good, and the prices are reasonable. However, we did not like the spa. The massage therapists are not well-trained. The staff is nice, but the prices are high. The salon is okay, with a haircut costing 300 taka and a shave 200 taka. Overall, the place is nice if you enjoy the very crowded daily life of Dhaka.

NO OPTION FOR VEGETARIAN AT ALL. Although they tried to ask me daily what should be made, whatever was prepared was not suitable. I think the main issue was the lack of a proper chef for vegetarian food. Without that, I don't think an Indian vegetarian person can stay at this hotel
