Renovations outside created a lot of noise. Breakfast was below mediocre. SPA needs maintenance, especially the saunas. The greatest issue – the staff. 5* hotel are not have nice lobbies or rooms. It is prime service first. At the reception, the staff was not even saying 'hello' when we were leaving the hotel. In the spa, the cleaning lady was cleaning men's locker room right in front of our feet. Ridiculous!
