Very nice and comfortable apartment in a great location, right above the shopping centre. Everything we needed was close by, and the apartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The city centre and Old Town were easily reachable by frequent, free and clean public transport, so we left our car at the host’s parking spot throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

Balcony unavailable due to previous guest damage - not the owner’s fault.

Great well fitted apartment. Big sleeper couch for the kids. Dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent and oils and vinegar all provided. Nice pool.

Blinds onto the balcony were broken so we couldn't use the balcony.

Half an hour before our long journey we were informed that the balcony could not be used, upon arrival at the apartment the main window glass was completely cracked, the curtain broken and the balcony and glass dirty. I think that a property like this should not cause such a huge inconvenience to customers on vacation with children and should immediately provide a solution without saying what happened. We tried to say that we had chosen the apartment for family needs but they replied that the apartment was large. I do not pay a rather expensive service to have an apartment in those conditions and moreover with a bathroom, kitchen, and sofas dirty and dusty from a long time ago. I forgot: when we arrived we were looking for the third bed, which was the sofa, we found it later, we had to open it and make the bed, very uncomfortable and noisy, that is, very dated! We spent 2 nights, after the first night we communicated that we were not happy with the apartment, they replied the next day that we had to leave. Nothing, I do not recommend it especially if there are children.

The kitchen, bathroom, and sofa were completely dusty and dirty surfaces. Utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery had to be washed to use them. The air conditioning is portable and not fixed, very noisy and you have to keep the balcony open, that is, the one with the broken glass, what can I say... such an inconvenience never experienced before!

No tea towels/oven mitts or salt. Balcony was out of use which we only found out about just before we arrived.

Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms. Large kitchen not very well equipped. Comfortable bed, washer and dryer in the bathroom. Home automation system. Beautiful pool and sauna. The staff on Monday was very efficient, they refunded our parking. Excellent air conditioning.

The cleanliness was not optimal, many crumbs between the sofa bed cushions. The bathroom stained in several places. And the kitchen with several residues. Unfortunately, we arrived on Sunday and everything was closed. Before 3 pm, there is no information. Then the message is detailed. Remember not to pay for parking, just communicate that you are a guest of the b&b (as long as it is not Sunday), they refunded us in less than an hour! The window glass was broken, with small children it would have been dangerous.
