- technical condition of the building - dirty and ugly bathroom with a shower drain that clogs every 4 days - old, non-working electric stove in a pseudo-kitchen - smell - ugly, concrete garden - protruding nails and rotten wood in structural elements - rats - loud, old air conditioning - no dryer for laundry or wet things - no cleaning for 2 weeks - for cleaning, we received two bleach bottles, gloves, and an old towel; no broom, vacuum cleaner, or anything to remove dirt from the floor or sand from the beach - if there were guests next door, every sound could be heard Overall, the quality for the price is terrible.

I loved the accommodation, the ocean-themed decoration, and everything very comfortable. I would like to come back for more days to enjoy and rest a little more. The lady is very kind and helpful, she explained everything very well and has everything very organized and well taken care of.
