There is just no wifi in the rooms but it’s okay. Holidays are meant to enjoy time without being connected the whole time. There is wifi in the restaurant and in the lobby

Excellent hotel. Meets the three Bs. Good, nice, and cheap. Ideal for excursions. Basic breakfast to go out and do excursions. Near the pier to take the ferry to Isla Mujeres. I only used the hotel for breakfast and sleeping. Room cleaning is done every day and complimentary water bottles are provided.

Everything was excellent... room... atmosphere... pool... location... very quiet...

The air conditioning was leaking water... it could cause an accident... they did not replenish the toilet paper... it was the same since I arrived and there was not enough... two cockroaches came out... but other than that, everything was excellent... my comment is not to create a bad reputation, just a point of improvement... because it is very beautiful... it has good things... I left very satisfied...
