I love the hospitality all the staff members had towards us ! Everyone was so nice ! They upgrade us in a suite for free and stayed available all the time to help us.

Great hotel, responsive staff, there is a pool. Gorgeous breakfasts with an excellent choice of dishes! Special thanks to the concierge named Eric. He quickly and politely helped me place an order in an online store. The order was delivered directly to the hotel. This employee deserves a huge thank you, as well as a cash prize from the hotel management. His friendliness helped to brighten the unpleasant feeling from some hotel drawbacks. Among the minuses - there were three adults, but there were two queen beds in the room, which caused some inconvenience. Also, upon check-in, we were told that breakfast was only arranged for two guests. This was not specified at the time of booking. After contacting Booking, we were provided with breakfast according to our order, but valuable vacation time was spent on communication with Booking and the reception. So be attentive.
