Great hotel! The room was big, so we stayed comfortably with 5 people. The kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool was open until 10 pm and there were some free activities organized in the common areas (we didn’t join them, but I really liked the idea). The parking slots are close to the rooms and are free. It’s also within walking distance from the Strip. The deposit was only 50 dollars, much less than communicated.

The villa grounds are pretty big so you may have to ride a golf cart to your room. The staff is friendly about it, although the morning was so busy I ended up just walking to the front. Snacks are very far away from your room if you're in the back villas, so you have to plan ahead.
The apartment was very well located, a few minutes walk from the Strip, very well equipped with a washing machine, dryer... the beds were very comfortable. The pools near the apartments are very good. Really very good value for money. If we come back, we will stay at this hotel again.

The apartment style room. We were there for a concert at The Sphere, so we loved being able to walk through the parking lot and not have to take our rental and pay for parking.

The only real negative is that it was 100+ degrees and we were told not to set the AC below 70 degrees, and we did not, but we're used to having at least 68 degrees at night when everything cools down, and we were placed on the 3rd highest floor so keeping the 3rd-floor room cool was a bit of a challenge with that restriction.

We spent 40 minutes checking in due to a long queue and problems with the software system.

We were charged twice for the resort fee - I informed the reception staff that this fee had already been paid when booking - booking.com resolved the issue after filing a complaint, dirty floor in the room, full of trash in the stairwell, waited 40 minutes to get the room. By the window, there were air conditioning compressors.
