The apartment was really cute and suited my partner's and my needs. The bed was cozy, and the kitchen and other facilities were clean, which gave us peace of mind moving around. But overall, everything was good.

I put in a complaint about my shower that essentially made the entire floor of the bathroom wet. When someone was sent to fix that, he really didn't do anything further than checking if it was blocked. The next morning, it just flooded again.
