Signage for towers and difficult and confusing spaces to understand. Poor street lighting. No maintenance of outdoor entertainment spaces. (e.g. Soccer field - artificial turf - flooded and torn all over).
Having a 24hr supermarket on the premises is the best so you don't have to keep going out in the car all the time, and it covers basic needs very well... and you can serve yourself. A stroke of genius.

Some pools were closed and cold during the winter holidays, unacceptable. The apartment had a very small air conditioner and never heated properly.

Poor cleaning service, check-in is quite tedious as you have to do it in 2 different offices as well as check-out. The pools were cold, in the middle of July holidays...
