Impossible to walk around because there is only degradation in the surroundings. We had to take a taxi even to go to the GEM, although it was 750 meters away, as it is impossible for a Westerner to cross the street (no traffic lights or pedestrian crossings on 6-7 lane roads). The dinners included in half board were quite bad: very limited choice (always the same menu) and some dishes inedible, despite the waiters and chefs doing their best

Everything perfect.. wonderful staff, they pampered us and made us feel at home from the first day, Mohamed, Islam, the other waiters, the reception staff, the gentlemen who carried the luggage, the chef, the cleaning staff, especially the girl who cleaned our room 501, she is fantastic, but then again we found all fantastic people in this hotel.. all always with a smile.. our room was beautiful, an extraordinary view of the pyramids from our Jacuzzi, we ate and slept very well, we also had the privilege of inaugurating for the very first time the pool on the sixth floor, truly stunning. We will carry this hotel in our hearts forever. Thank you guys, thank you Saray ❤️ (Federico, Silvia)

Everything was fantastic, there are no negative points
