Very accessible and comfortable. Excellent facilities. Special mention to Amelia at the hotel reception who greeted us charmingly and was very efficient in helping us retrieve our phone that we had dropped in the taxi. If it wasn't for her, we would have lost it. Lovely, thank you very much Amelia!!

We arrived very late at night in Shanghai, just for 24 hours, and I chose this hotel because they offered me a very good price. They sent me the schedule of the free shuttle bus they offer... and arriving so late we didn't know if we would make it or not, but we took it (thank goodness). The check-in was quick, the rooms spacious, and the beds comfortable... it was like arriving at an oasis. The next morning we were heading back to the airport so back on the free bus, we didn't have breakfast, it looked very good but we didn't have time. In short: the shuttle bus saved us.
