No water on our first night.

A bit far from the center and the ventilation is a bit noisy but it remains acceptable
The bathroom was not clean, there were even some slippers from the previous guest. The water lasted us the first afternoon, the next morning no water came out of any tap. The air conditioning in the rooms made so much noise that you couldn't sleep. The pool without any maintenance, the floor was green.

The studio is nice and the check-in process was easy. For us, the location was fine since we went to the airport the next day.
