Count the number of toilet paper rolls. Two rolls for 3 nights for 5 people. 1 roll provided after requesting. Then you have to go buy some at the store. The freezer was unplugged upon arrival, so there was a water puddle on the floor. Shelf not attached to the wall, had to put books to support it. Shower products a bit scarce.

Great location, perfectly connected point in the city, safe area despite the proximity to the central station. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Modern and clean apartment. The view from the windows was wonderful, and having a balcony was great. The jacuzzi on the rooftop common area was also a fantastic amenity. Highly recommended!!!

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, the apartment was in a great location near the central station, brand new and clean, with all the utilities inside. The bathroom was big and the toilet clean and new, and the terrace had a great view and jacuzzi.

We stayed for 3 days in Palermo at the Multisuite Solemar. The suite consisted of two rooms with an included induction kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the street near the train station. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, but the kitchen area where the second bed is located, as the air does not reach, tends to heat up significantly during peak hours of the day. Otherwise, the structure is new and located in the center of Palermo.

We stayed for 3 days in Palermo at the Multisuite Solemar. The suite consisted of two rooms with an included induction kitchen and a nice balcony overlooking the street near the train station. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, but the kitchen area where the second bed is located, as the air does not reach, tends to heat up significantly during peak hours of the day. Otherwise, the structure is new and located in the center of Palermo.

I asked for clean towels on the third day of my stay (not even the second), but the towel change cost 10 euros, a bit exaggerated price for a large and a small towel. In almost all the places I have been to, even much smaller ones, the towel change was included in the stay.
