The staff are so kind... I am black and unlike my experience in other places, they were so professional and non-discriminatory. They also allowed me a late check-out as my flight was late in the day.

I would like to make a note regarding the room condition. I noticed that the inner duvet/comforter is clearly worn out, and the duvet cover is old and needs to be renewed. Also, the carpet in the room looks old and worn out, affecting the cleanliness and overall appearance of the room. I hope the hotel management pays attention to renewing the bedding and carpet, in line with the expected standard of a Holiday Inn hotel, to provide guests with a more comfortable and quality stay.
A very respectable hotel with polite staff despite ongoing renovations in the hotel. However, there was an apology message in the room and they tried as much as possible not to disturb the guests. The check-in process was very quick.
