The staff at the breakfast was very nice and welcoming. The location was great and walkable to a lot of the sites in the area. The metro stop is also very close making it an easy spot to make home base.

Being in town for a marathon we were on a tight schedule where we needed to check in and get to the location where I needed to pick up my bib and packet info for the race before it closed. We checked in and were given the keys and when we got to the room they were still cleaning it, we waited until they finished for nearly 15 minutes and entered the room to find only one queen bed when we had booked a room with 2 queen beds. Upon discussion with the front desk they discovered they had given us the wrong room and did correct the issue at that point in time. In the correct room now the next morning I went to take a shower and found black mold covering the bottom of the shower curtain which I did video and photo document. When I brought it up to the front desk they said they would take care of it but offered nothing to try to make up for the issues we had dealt with up to that time.
