A very pretty villa, super quiet, ultra comfortable on the heights of the island with an amazing view and a small cool but very pleasant pool to relax after days of sightseeing. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a beautiful living room and a nice covered terrace, a good combo. I don't list it as a negative point because it's manageable but access to the house is a bit surprising the first time 😅 due to the quality of the path but honestly, you get used to it and it's fine 😉

The view is spectacular, like a postcard 24 hours a day, with the wonderful Morea starring in the panorama.

There are no mosquito nets so many insects enter the apartment. The curtains are not blackout so there is light in the bedroom early in the morning. Not convenient location for those who intend to go back and forth several times a day from the house.

No reception on site, which is normal since there is a code box. However, the owner forgot to give us the code in the confirmation email and was on vacation in France. Despite several calls from us, she did not answer. Someone was supposed to wait for us at 3 pm on our arrival, which was postponed because our boat rescued another boat at sea. We notified by phone, by email to indicate our delay, BUT this person never answered our calls and emails. What is the point of the number that was indicated if she does not answer... so we waited more than 3 hours in front of the accommodation, without any contact even though the concierge knew perfectly well that tourists were arriving. The owner did not call us back. After 3 hours of waiting, several follow-ups from us (fortunately we had a Vini phone card), she finally deigned to give us the entry code. For your information, there is a hotel located just above, which is very good, and confirmed to us that this kind of problem happens regularly. Location to avoid (and a shame because the villa is good). Book the hotel above instead. Very unhappy family even if the owner apologized afterwards, the damage was done.
