What truly stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone I encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The front desk ladies always greeted me with a smile, and the gentleman who checked me in on the first day was exceptionally kind and courteous. A special mention goes to Li, who served breakfast every morning. She was simply the best — always bringing delicious tea and coffee with a warm smile, and going above and beyond whenever we needed anything at all. Her hospitality made every morning brighter. The location is a bit tricky as the map on booking shows a completely different place. The hotel should provide better instructions. The room was a bit small.

El mobiliario está un poco anticuado. Me dieron una habitación al lado del ascensor, después de quejarme me la cambiaron. No está aislado, por lo que se escucha tanto a los vecinos como también a los vehículos que pasan por la calle.

The hotel is comfortable, well located, immaculate, all the things you hope for. I speak only English and the staff communicated thoughtfully and efficiently despite not being fluent in English. All the staff I dealt with were fantastic and friendly from all departments, always greeted with a smile. Special thanks to Ms Li at breakfast and the night porter who went out of his way to help me contact my insurance agent late at night. The property is excellent, the staff are outstanding!
