The location is right on the old town. The lady is friendly and speaks a bit of English. She was helpful with booking some tickets for us (but make sure you communicate very clearly to have the information you want). The room has heating and is very clean and comfy. Quiet hotel with charm.

The hotel cannot be found on google maps, we had a hard time finding where it was as the street is very long. Look at my screenshot to help you (dropped pin). Breakfast only starts at 9am and the packed breakfast we were given on the day we left early was very poor, the normal breakfast was very local but nice though.

Breakfast was stated as included but really it was an afterthought. The owner did provide a simple breakfast and we stated we were vegetarian so they catered for that. It was easier to say not to worry and we found our own breakfast options in the old town.
