The service was good enough, and the facilities were as expected. Check-in was easy, and the staff were available when I had questions. The room gave me enough space to relax after spending most of the day outside. There wasn’t anything particularly special, but everything worked as it should. I didn’t run into any major problems during my stay. For a short trip, it was a practical place to stay.

The hotel was comfortable and the room was suitable for us, so we had enough space to relax after a day out. The staff were also very helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had a question or needed something, they were happy to assist and always treated us politely. Everything went smoothly, and we felt comfortable staying here with our family. I had a little trouble with the check-in process, but the staff helped me sort it out without any problem. They also assisted with booking a restaurant, which was useful. However, at this hotel, everything was exactly as expected. I can only speak to the family room we stayed in, which accommodated four people. We stayed for six nights! It was spacious and comfortable, featuring a small balcony, air conditioning, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Toiletries, a hairdryer, slippers, and bottled water were provided daily. The room also included an electric kettle and tea and coffee-making facilities. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate. There could have been more variety for longer stays—it did get a bit repetitive. But the best part of this place was the reception staff! They were always available and professional, helping us with everything we needed—from laundry service to lending us umbrellas for the whole family. During our stay, we had a Halong Bay cruise planned that was first rescheduled and then cancelled due to bad weather. The hotel staff were impeccable in handling all the necessary adjustments to our itinerary! They were our saving grace, keeping our spirits up despite the frustrations of a completely disrupted trip. The location is also fantastic; everything is within walking distance.
