Everything. The advertisement is not accurate, it's a big wreck and even the neighbors complain about it. Everything that was promised was not there. The kitchens work poorly, the pots and dishes were dirty. The shower and air conditioning didn't work. The bricks were falling apart and I could go on and on. But any compensation or solution? No way... 2000 euros thrown away. Never again.

Jazmin was very kind at all times. She explained very well how to get around in Aruba, recommended us places to eat, the most beautiful beaches, some advice that only a resident would have.

Next to our apartment, a group of Argentine friends stayed who did not respect the rules of the place. Loud music after midnight, shouting. Even though we kindly asked them to keep it down because there were people trying to sleep, they answered rudely and continued with the noise. We contacted Jazmin to resolve the issue. She responded immediately but the group of friends kept bothering us throughout the stay.
The host was always available when we needed her, at one point the kitchen ran out of gas and they fixed it in minutes, also our flight arrived in the early morning but we had the keys and the apartment ready to enter. Good stay.

The lack of beach items, being a beach destination it would be good for the apartment to have chairs, a cooler, and a beach umbrella. They had them but with a rental cost. Which didn't seem convenient to me
