The apartment I rented needed a little maintenance, some lights didn't work, some basic kitchen utensils were missing, the remotes had no batteries, there was no cable service or air TV as advertised, but none of this lowers the rating of the place. The service offered by Yoo is exceptional.

Terrible guest service! Two nights without sheets out of the 4!! We complained and had no response. Old furniture, old curtains, noises throughout the floor. Price-quality ratio 1! Not recommended!!

A silly thing, there was no sponge to wash the dishes, the electric kettle didn't work, but if I had mentioned it, they would have surely solved it for me.
