The customer service was terrible; the place claimed I didn't have a reservation when I did. I ended up having to sleep in my car the first night in Aruba. I do not recommend them to anyone. Would give negative stars

Bed bugs and fleas were everywhere. It took two weeks for my legs to heal. No covers and old dirty sheets were on the beds, no toiletries.👎

Bad. They took almost an hour to serve us. The lady charged us an extra $10 for immigration despite having paid the total and also paid the immigration taxes at the airport. The same for check out, we waited an hour for the manager to come. Total mistreatment and extremely small room.

The property manager was not available. Also, my room was given to someone else. She also charged five dollars a day tax for me being a tourist. The property also had no air-conditioning; we were also told not to flush the toilet because of sewage problems. And the first night, I did not even stay in the property because my apartment was given to someone else.

No one was there for us to check in. No one would answer any of the 3 phone numbers listed. There was also another couple trying to check in with us too. No one stayed at this hotel. Terrible!!!!

When my partner and I arrived, there was a small problem with the reservation. Our reservation was nowhere to be found. It was handled and resolved professionally by the manager. We were given a temporary room for our first night, and the next morning we were able to move to a studio, as we had reserved. As compensation, at the end of our stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast made by the manager herself. The accommodation was neat, clean, cozy, and we could sit outside in the evening and enjoy the nice weather. The pool was clean, and we swam every day. I will definitely recommend this accommodation.
