We cannot believe that firm like yours can promote a hotel under renovation for occupancy. Most ridiculous and humiliating. We had to refuse our stay and seek another hotel at 22:30hrs ( family of 3 which has 2 senior citizens) OYO collected full payment when we were in the train coming into Chennai thru online. We struggled to obtain a night halt with a hotel nearby and paid Rs.9000 Kindly arrange to refund our payment made thru OYO soonest.

I was made to wait for more than a hour and showed me a room with NIL facility and I refused to accept it and returned back.
