The location right in front of the park was great, and we really enjoyed being able to go for a walk there every morning. The breakfast was quite good, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall, the hotel was clean and well maintained.

The only thing we didn’t particularly like was that the room had a slightly unpleasant smell when we first entered. We easily solved it by buying an air freshener from the supermarket across the street. I would recommend that the hotel pay a little more attention to this, as it seems like something that could be easily fixed with a simple room freshener.

It is easily one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When arriving, the staff decided they should charge city tax despite my warning that it was already charged. I was going to file a complaint but later that day they asked me to go back to the reception desk to be refunded. But the most impressive things was how long they take to make simple things like check-in and refund. Normally the clerks take as long as 3 minutes to do that. The guy in the reception desk took 30 minutes to finish my check-in! And the most absurd thing was that I arrived early and I was paying an additional charge for early check-in and the clerk was taking longer. If I'm paying for early check-in, it is because I want to go to my room as soon as possible. And I thought it was the problem with one staff member. But later that day when returning for the refund of the city tax that was improperly charged, it took another 20 minutes to correct their mistake. What is the problem with the hotel staff?
