The staff doesn't speak English. If you call and ask to be connected with a room number, it's a nightmare. I tried to say room 931 twenty times and just gave up after a few minutes. It's abnormal. Hire staff with basic English. But it's impossible to communicate with gestures. It's simply inhumane

So easy to check in and go through security! They made an effort for our honeymoon, and the room was gorgeous! Breakfast was great, and room service too
