Absolutely amazing place with a great restaurant. Best breakfast you can get. Beautiful location and very friendly staff. They always try to surprise you and make you feel special. Just look at my first photo...it says it all

The chef made a special point of coming to meet me as I ordered scrambled eggs which were not on the menu and I did not want the scrambled eggs from the buffet. The eggs were prepared really well and the chef was extremely professional.

The reception team are below standard for a Radisson Hotel. They were not very attentive or well trained. They spent more time chatting to each other and making silly jokes than providing a professional service to the customer.
The room was large and comfortable and the bathroom of a convenient and modern design I liked that the room had a mini fridge to keep drinks cool To say the hotel was in the Waterfront it was very quiet from 12am at night to 6am the morning Parking was close nearby. The window had a thin blind and an electric blackout blind so we could decide to let in some light or not The staff were lovely and helpful

The TV system didn't work and was off the entire time we stayed The aircon was on high and very cold but we found the control panel and managed to turn it up We struggled to find the entrance which is on the side and ended up going through the restaurant The reception was modern not the usual front desk but the staff were efficient and checked us in okay
