The condo feels a little grungy. I expected the furnishings to be outdated as that was communicated in reviews. The kitchen cupboards and stuff that goes in them all felt a little sticky, disorganized and worn out. The shower and window curtains were stained and dirty. Kitchen and bath cupboards need a refreshing clean out but perhaps the rental price was adjusted for this reason. I don’t mind outdated things but stained, old sticky stuff in cupboards felt unclean to use. Get new pots and pans!
We loved the location. The furniture is a bit dated, but I don't rent a location based on up-to-date furniture. The pool was great and location wonderful. If you want new furniture this is not your condo. If you want a great location with friendly people this is your place! Loved it and we will return.

Apartment is outdated. Rug and table cushions dirty and tub needed a deep cleaning.
