L’emplacement et l’équipe sur place, particulièrement Mustapha, qui a été aux petits soins avec nous ! Je recommande vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au cœur du Caire, loin du bruit du centre-ville.

Le séjour à royal garden hôtel s’est très bien passé le personnel était très agréable et aux petits soins la literie est confortable l’eau est très chaude et sans attendre . on n’entend aucun bruit donc on peut profiter du calme et dormir tranquillement. À notre arrivée nous avons pu avoir la chambre avant l’heure prévue et pareil pour le départ. L’emplacement est parfait on pouvait se déplacer à pied pour aller au centre-ville. Je remercie tout le personnel . J’y retournerai sans doute.

Staying at Royal garden Hotel was a genuinely refreshing experience. What stood out most was how smoothly everything ran: check-in was quick and organized, the room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi and AC worked perfectly throughout our stay. The hotel has a calm, well-kept atmosphere .. quiet at night, pleasant common areas, and a location that made getting around easy. The team seemed to anticipate needs rather than wait to be asked. They gave clear local recommendations.. Their professionalism and warmth made the whole stay feel effortless and well managed A special thanks to Mustafa, Chikou, and Abd El Hadi ..each of them went out of their way to solve things quickly and with a smile. Excellent value for the level of service I’d happily return and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

I didn't like how at times it took multiple calls to get some water to the room, or to pick up plates after I finished eating utilizing room service.
