The accommodation advertised on Booking has nothing to do with the photos, it was dirty, very dirty, and had a lot of dampness on the floor (the parquet was completely lifted and had some mats to cover what was impossible to hide), there were chips on all the walls, broken and dirty curtains, the terrace door on the 31st floor was broken (considering that we were traveling with a 5-year-old child, it was quite dangerous), they do not clean the apartment with the accommodation price, but it is an additional cost... everything seemed very unpleasant to us upon arrival. The rooms smelled strongly of tobacco, which we could not stand, and we asked for them to clean it, they offered us to check out the next day and find something else if we didn't like it, as they couldn't relocate us, but of course with two young children, losing another day of vacation to find new accommodation was really inconvenient, so we asked them to clean and fix the damages that could be fixed, such as the burnt-out lights and the door that wouldn't close and to clean. They said they would clean for free and apologized, but this never happened, because when we asked the woman we had contact with there for the free cleaning, she said she would not do it, as they had discounted us a few euros for all the inconveniences, a discount that they offered me, thinking it was for the damages, and it was because they wanted to cancel our reservation with Booking, which I made clear to her on WhatsApp that I did not want, since that way I could not leave any review. Additionally, there was construction right next to our apartment that started making noise at six in the morning. And not only that, but when we left, one of the keys did not work well because it had a small crack on one side, we noticed because on the last day my husband and I had to go up separately and the key failed.

Hot water is turned off in the kitchen, but cold water comes out warm and it would be nice if the apartment was a little cleaner. Everything else is great about the apartment. In the complex, what we didn't like was that the pool was cool.

Normal sound insulation, rubber seals on the front door to keep out insects and noise, refrigerator, new appliances: rice cooker, toaster, kettle, microwave, new dishes. Large TV. Modern washing machine on the balcony - no smell or noise. Good laundry detergent, shampoo. Large comfortable bed. Fast wi-fi. Close to the beach, everything is nearby.

Despite what is stated, payment is accepted in cash only. As mentioned in other, earlier reviews - they lie that their terminal supposedly broke down (yeah, 3 months ago). There was a smell from the drain in the second bathroom, brick crumbs/rust were falling from the ceiling, there were no curtains there - when used, everything got wet. There was also a smell from the drain in the kitchen. The cleaning quality for check-in was mediocre. Cockroach traps were placed throughout all the apartments (there were no cockroaches), there was a can of Raid under the sink. Terrible frying pan - steel, everything sticks to it. The photos do not quite correspond to reality (they were taken a long time ago) - somewhere a burnt spot from a cigarette on the floor, a smeared cockroach on the wall. A warped door in the bathroom, peeling door frames, a broken lock on the front door. Dust under the bed. Broken and repaired chairs. One was about to fall apart. In the complex, there are two elevators for the apartments, you may have to wait a long time. From the small room - a view of the wall.

We were checked in 2 hours earlier, and they only came for payment the next day! Overall, everything meets expectations, you just need to soberly assess the expected accommodation. There are shortcomings related to age and slightly unprofessional service, such as unadjusted doors on the cabinets or poorly glued handles on the sliding doors of the wardrobe. The apartment has everything for living, including dishes and cleaning supplies with laundry detergent. The water pressure in the shower is excellent.
