The bathroom is very small and smells a bit. If you want to save time, you can be on the toilet and shower at the same time. The water drains poorly and there is a puddle for a long time after showering. There was mold around the sink.

We had 2 problems related to the facility. The first was that our room was entered for cleaning without our knowledge, when we told the staff about this, they said it was due to a misunderstanding, the other problem was poor sound insulation, with sounds from neighboring rooms directly in our room.

The location is amazing with a beautiful view of Flame Towers and Baku Eye from the balcony. Both old town attractions and Nizami Street are within walking distance, making the location perfect. The building exudes an old historical vibe with clean and spacious rooms, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing variety of traditional and modern breakfast options in the buffet.

Cleanness could be improved with regular and timely room make-ups. Sometimes the lift doesn't work and the balconies are not that comfortable. Bolt or taxis cannot come to the hotel and some walking is needed from the road.
