Regarding self check-in, the email with photo instructions was clear. The facilities were well-equipped, allowing for cooking. The dishwasher in the room and the washer-dryer in the basement were efficient and easy to use. It was a 7-8 minute walk to a large shopping mall with a supermarket in the basement, and about 8 minutes to the tram station.

The drainage speed in the shower room was very slow, causing water to accumulate on the bathroom floor. There were no spare toilet paper or garbage bags.

The room was tidy. Luckily, they had tea and coffee in the room. I was also pleased to find an ironing board and iron. It was a neat apartment, and the supermarket was around the corner. Buses and trams were nearby, making it easy to get to the city.

The stovetop was not working, so I couldn't cook, but they had an oven 😄. A large mirror would be useful, as many hotels have them. A mirror on a closet door would also be handy for people to see themselves in a full-length mirror. I was very satisfied and happy with this apartment 😃👍

A bit outside (about 30 minutes by bus to the old town). Bed a bit short for taller people.

Quite a roomy studio, good location, especially with the free public transport, everything was easy. Great setup with the washing machine.

No air conditioning, which made the apartment constantly warm and difficult to cool down. Construction noise in the area. The interface for controlling the shutters and lights is a bit excessive for the apartment and not entirely clear. In the future, it may be useful to create a card with explanations for this.
