2 of our 3 rooms had roaches and we were on the 4th floor in 1 bedroom suites. the plumbing was lousy and the shower in one room had no water at all on the first day of the trip. staff was only nice if you had money in your hand for a tip.

The restaurants are wonderful, the pools are great, and the beach in front of the hotel is sensational.

We were placed in a room on the 3rd floor, but the elevator in that area was broken. Because the elevator was broken, during the 7 days we stayed at the hotel, we only managed to get room cleaning service once after a lot of insistence. Another very bad point was that guests were accustomed to ordering food in the room and after consumption, putting the dirty dishes and cutlery on the room doors and they stayed there for more than a day.
