Very nice and comfy. Enjoyed the private beach and pool and club. Although the Pink Octapus restaurant was good but the waiter got our ticket wrong twice charging for food and drinks that we did not order. Other than that it was really nice.

Beds were kinda too firm for us, but everything else was perfect, would definitely recommend the Palm Cay townhouse to friends

I stayed for a week in this property with my husband and 3 children. Its a very spacious property with all the facilities we needed. The beds were comfortable, towels were provided. There was a good washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed condiments were left in the fridge and there were spices and coffee and tea and coffee filters which were very useful. Its a keycode to enter which was very handy so the family could easily get in when they wanted. The beach was very close a couple minutes walk. The beach is clean the water is fairly shallow, warm and safe. The beach is private to the gated community. We brought snorkels there was the odd fish to see. We also hired body boards from the Palm Cay club. There is a pool just before the beach which the children enjoyed with some sun loungers around it. The house is in a gated community so felt safe. There was a club house with a restaurant a few minutes away which we dined at a few times. There were 2 pools and a gym associated with the club house these needed membership which could be bought for the week but was quite expensive. We hired a car as we were aware taxis were expensive there is plenty of parking. There is a large supermarket Solomans a few minutes drive away. It was a great property for our needs.

Great Communications. Good convenience to the Moorings moorings at Comcast arena. They had a good contact for travel between the airport and their facility at a very decent price.

The location and community are beautiful, it is a secluded area right at the harbor, perfect for an overnight stay if you are going on a boat. The house is very large and beautifully furnished. We were 8 people and had plenty of space. The communal pool was superbly located directly opposite, we hardly saw other people but we were only there for 1 night.
