The hotel was beautiful, the customer service was wonderful, and it was in a very nice location. We will definitely be staying here again.

Unfortunately, the building is quite old but updated, and the AC couldn't keep up with the heat they are having in Montreal. We were moved twice to a different room, but unfortunately, that room didn't have AC either, but we did what we had to do to make it ok to sleep. The hotel worked with us and did a great job.
