Lobby feels like a living room. Very cozy and comfortable for conversation. View of Jackson park and the Obama center very cool.

Need a card for room service, otherwise had to call the desk to have room cleaned and more towels.
The location was excellent, many amenities close to the downtown area. An added bonus was the restaurant attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay again.

The parking can be tricky in respect to the valet and the parking structure. I was lucky to find parking directly across the street from the hotel.
