No information on anything, ceiling fans not working (reported but no action). Washing machine and clothesline - no pegs, 2 clothes hangers, kitchen but no bottle opener, no teaspoons, etc. Small things make a big difference to travelers saving time and stress # so easy to fix. Still waiting for wifi code after repeated messages, waited for her driver to arrive and charged nearly double Uber quote

Poor start, unfortunately we had to wait for assistance then wait again for cleaning to be done, then no TV as stated working every day. Told it would be sorted but wasn't, workers arrived on day 2 to do work in front of our balcony, no hot water to shower, cooker only 2 hob work slow, only 2 pots in cupboard had to ask for tin opener. Shame because could be a good place but we had problems from day one, then the night before no air conditioning or lights. Michelle gave us lamps but so hot wasn't good last night at all although she offered us another room we needed to pack and clean out the apartment as you do when leaving the next day

TV should be working, clear contact on how to get in the apartment. We had the neighbors get in touch as we were getting no response, maybe upgrade cooker and bigger TV that works and have the apartment ready for guests on time as we had to wait around outside so hot for the cleaner to come, then no offer of a drink and we were roasting. So sad that happened as booked well in advance also every day asked about payment at least a month before going out to then be told wanted cash instead of bank transfer which is what booking.com booked with us so another charge for us not good

I couldn't enter the hotel, the code they provided never worked even with the same host, terrible service they took away my wifi as if to continue talking

Good location. Close to the airport, shops, and taxis. I was reluctantly allowed to check in early. I had made 2 requests and had a conversation with the host and was told she would see, especially if the room was already cleaned. However, on arrival, she repeated to staff that check-in was at 3 pm, but eventually allowed me to check in early, which was appreciated.

No tea making facilities or teas. The door lock wouldn't open and I waited 10 mins for it to reset and open. This was very concerning! I was moved to another room without any discussion from the host, no acknowledgment of the issue, no apology nothing!
