Wardrobe in the room smelled a bit musty so we put our clothes on top rather than inside.
Good value for money. Excellent location, central and right next to a temple. Very friendly staff. They have laundry service and also washing machines and dryer for self-use at an additional cost. Sufficient and good breakfast.

The bathroom was a bit tight. Access to upper floors only by stairs. It was not a problem for us, but it is good to know. We could not pay for the room with a card despite it being a high amount.
DP House is the best place to stay in Chiang Mai! The perfect location in the heart of the old city, it is also a tranquil sanctuary with the oldest temple in the city right next door. The rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with hot showers and air-con making them great value for money. Bikes are available to explore the city and the breakfast is outstanding - delicious home cooking (including home-made yoghurt), fresh tropical fruits plus eggs, toast etc. Sue is a lovely, accommodating host who is always happy to help. We can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect.
The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. I liked that the bathroom had a separate area with a curtain for the shower, unlike many other places in Thailand. The breakfast was also very good. Buffet style and it changed daily, good if you are staying for longer periods. They also have scooter parking. The location is also good, close to center by walking.

Friendly staff (excluding one guy..haha, but not bad, only not so helpful). Excellent breakfast. Location superb, super market, cafes, restaurants and a great jazz club nearby. Still, quiet as it’s not along the big street.

The bathroom a little small. Also, it’s not about this property as it’s the norm in Thailand in general, but I felt guilty to dispose pet bottles - water server is preferable for me due to environmental reason, which I have seen hotels in Hong Kong, Singapore and Laos in recent years- there was a water server in the breakfast place, and if it was clearly mentioned we could use it for our bottles, I was thankful.

The bathroom was very small and the door could not be kept open because it hit the sink, which made its use somewhat uncomfortable.
