Not clean. Floors were sticky and dirty. For the price, you're paying for the location, the cleanliness of the rooms was lacking. It's an old property, which gives it character. But being old does not mean it cannot be clean or feel clean.
I absolutely loved the location and the rooftop the hotel had its charms for sure and we enjoyed ourselves for the most part

There were a few minor issues especially with the bathroom our toilet kept whining and waking us up every night
