Everything was excellent no complaints. The location is safe and quiet.

The place is really spacious and has all the amenities you will need. Rooms are air-conditioned, even the living room, warm water is provided through their tankless water heater system. Front door has keyless entry, no need to carry around extra keys when going to the beach and other places. There is an outside bar area near the pool with a BBQ set. Washer and dryer in the washing room. Storage room that has all your beach amenities e.g. floaters, beach chairs, beach towels, icebox and even stuff for the little ones. Upstairs bedroom has a safe where you can put your valuables inside when roaming around the island. Kitchen has everything you need from an air fryer to a kettle, oven, bread toaster...too much to name them all. Love the large sink!! The property owner worked with us for an early check-in and late check-out (availability if possible) which no extra cost which was truly appreciated. The area is near the airport but not disturbing at all. There is a car rental across the property which is nice, although I rented somewhere else due to availability of their fleet and it was high season when I traveled with my family. The bedrooms have all the storage you need and entertainment. Even a desk if you want to work while on vacation was available in one of the rooms. There were even extra pillows in the rooms. The washroom has an extra space for a toilet, accessible from the pool and sitting area. Pool is big enough although the fountain did not work, which isn't a deal breaker. House has 3 bathrooms, one upstairs which was really nice. We were there on New Year's Eve and could watch the fireworks from the balcony of the upstairs room. Literally this house will have everything you need as you've read above, especially if you are traveling with a large group. We were with 7 people and none of the spaces felt crowded with all of us inside this beautiful house. There is just too much to sum up...just reserve this spot and you will enjoy your stay.

Porch light has to be turned on with a switch. We came home late one night and the house was really dark. Maybe have them on a timer or sensor.
