The room was not clean at all, there were coffee cups with coffee still in them. I find 220 € for such a room shameful. And I booked a room with a bathtub and didn't get one.

I think something was not right with the booking. Booked a double room for single use. During the booking process, a free upgrade to a larger room was offered. The photo showed a double bed. Armchair. Great, I thought... 26 instead of 22 sqm. No extra charge. Arrived, room 104 double bed plus 3rd bed... Cost: 178 euros per night = 530 euros. With breakfast then 590 euros. I would have never booked it. I mean the price for the regular room was 130 euros.

Overall, we enjoyed it, the reception was convenient - receiving the room code before arrival. The room was large and nicely designed. It was clean and pleasant. The room was very bright and we loved it. The beds were comfortable, there is a nice view of the city. Walking distance from the center of Zalzburg, Mirabell Gardens, and the Salzach River. There is an elevator in the building and a small café on the entrance floor. Umbrellas can be rented in the lobby on rainy days.

There isn't much staff to talk to during the stay, everything is digital. I think what we missed the most was air conditioning or networks. There was one fan in the room but it didn't do the job, and even if it's nice outside, it's too hot in the room. If you open the windows, it will be very pleasant, but flying insects and mosquitoes come in... There is a slope between the shower room and the main room, a lot of water comes if you're not very careful.
