During check-in, the people at the desk did not handle the passports carefully, folding and crumpling them. Once pointed out, they apologized. In any case, it is necessary to take better care of the passports.
Good chain hotel near Shuangliu Airport. When booking, they offered a free airport transfer, which I gladly used. The rooms are comfortable and very modern, the curtains open and close automatically, the toilet has heating, in general, everything is very technological. The staff easily accommodated my request for a late check-out (at 2 pm instead of 12 pm), for which I am very grateful. I recommend it for staying.

Breakfasts are unusually meager for such a luxurious hotel. The selection of dishes is very limited, it doesn't compare to hotels of the same chain in Beijing. On weekends, breakfast is until 10:30 am, I arrived around 9:45 and half of the dishes were already gone. No one cared to replenish the buffet. As they say, first come, first served. In the end, I barely managed to get enough food to satisfy myself. For this, I lower the rating.
