1.이름도 다 알지 못하는 스탭분들이 옥룡설산 관광 예약부터 시작해 머무는 내내 각종 편의를 세심하게 챙겨주셨습니다. 진심 어린 배려 덕분에 타지에서도 정말 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 2.고성 특유의 고즈넉함 속에 자리해 매우 분위기가 조용하고 아늑했습니다. 도심의 소음 없이 고요하게 휴식을 취하기에 더없이 완벽한 공간이었습니다. 3.정갈하고 따뜻한 느낌의 인테리어와 포근한 침구 덕분에 매일 밤 깊은 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다. 비바람 속 고생으로 몸은 힘들었지만, 숙소 스탭분들이 보여준 따뜻한 정성과 완벽한 케어가 그 아쉬움을 모두 덮어줄 만큼 커다란 위로가 되었습니다. 조용하고 따뜻한 휴식을 선사해 준 스탭 여러분께 진심으로 감사드리며, 조만간 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다. 정말 고맙습니다!

옥룡설산 관광을 마친 뒤, 가이드 겸 기사님의 소통 실수로 숙소로 바로 돌아오지 못하고 비바람 속에서 오래 차를 기다려야 했습니다. 그 바람에 지독한 감기몸살에 걸려 고생한 점이 이번 여행에서 유일하게 아쉬운 기억입니다.
