Small long alleys to walk as cannot get a car in close to hotel but staff very helpful with escorting and taking bags and backpacks to and from hotel.

I walked into the dorm room and was surprised at how big and spacious it was. With big lockers and sturdy beds that did not shake. The bathroom was equally big and the best hot water I had in weeks. The entire staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. And breakfast on the roof was a nice plus

The rooms were small, no windows and the complex was noisy. The picture on booking. Com didn't reflect the actual location of the hotel. It was down a tiny street that was difficult to get luggage down. Booked for 2 nights only stayed 1
Despite all the chaotic and messed up circumstance outside the hotel, i gotta admit it was sigh of relief once i entered the hotel. However, i believe they can do better on HK part
