Don’t have coffee in the room

The room was spacious with comfortable seating. Our windows didn't face the busy roads, so it was very quiet which is vital for a light sleeper like me. Location couldn't be better and the paid parking is just across the road.

The room was spacious with comfortable seating. Our windows didn't face the busy roads, so it was very quiet which is vital for a light sleeper like me. Location couldn't be better and the paid parking is just across the road.

But, the sleep was not the best. The mattress was not a large double, it was two singles put together meaning that we had to sleep completely on separate mattresses which proved difficult to share a double duvet, however, the memory foam mattresses, pillows, and the duvet were super comfortable. We are used to a better Junior Suits, but since we got huge Genius discounts, we will let it 'slide'.

Poor service at the reception. 50 minutes waiting for the lady at the reception to come and check in the guests. There were about ten people waiting and everyone was already annoyed. It's also a shame that the reception closes so early.
