On the first day of check-in, there was no water. In our family cottage, neither the sauna in the first bathroom nor the one in the second worked from the moment of check-in until check-out. In addition, the terrace covering in the cottage was so poorly done that a piece of wood got stuck in the foot while walking. There was no medical center at the hotel, not even basic medicines for first aid. The girl at the reception was unhelpful. They barely managed to call an ambulance. In the end, there were no basic apologies from the staff. The price of almost $700 per day does not correspond to the conditions under which we lived.

We stayed as a family for one night in a double cottage. Very pleasant staff, beautiful place, well-equipped cottage. When booking, I left a comment requesting to prepare the sofa for the child - everything was done. The breakfast is full, the guys working in the restaurant are friendly, the service is fast. We will definitely come back in autumn and winter to admire the mountains and spend time in this wonderful place.
