Directions to the apartment were not specific enough. The Piazza is a huge place to find No. 35!!!! There was no shelf in the shower to put my soap.

The building is under repair and there is a lot of noise on the facade. It is an apartment with three rooms that are rented independently and the kitchen is shared. There is nowhere to place the soap in the shower, which is also extremely small. The staff takes a long time to solve access problems and does not address the disorder left by other guests.

Noise! Very noisy at night even with balcony doors closed. The bed is a bit old and hard, with some electrical wires hanging around.

Hello. Everything was perfect in terms of organization, from check-in to the availability of the contact person. The information was very clear, and there was someone available to explain what to do and where. Perfect location, right in the center of everything, and good value for money. I plan to stay there again on my next trip 😉

It's not that I didn't appreciate it, but if I had to make one SMALL remark, it would be about the bed on which you can strongly feel the mattress springs (in my opinion). A small mattress topper would not be a bad idea. But that wouldn't stop me from booking this room again 😉 it's a detail. Everything else was perfect!
