room had no futon at the start, even though the listing says 3 beds, but we managed to negotiate with a staff member a get a futon, so it's all good

It was difficult to find at the very beginning - the entrance to the hotel is on the side of the building.

- Bad/non-existent soundproofing, which in a busy nightlife area makes it hard to sleep. - Stains on the bedding. - Toilet barely flushes, just seems to swirl around and not do much else. - Rooms only made up every 2nd day. - Elevators shared with the many other hotels in the same location, making it very slow. - Finishes (flooring and walls) are poorly done, nothing like the photos. - Laundry was expensive compared to hotels in Seoul.
