Near the beach, convenient, staff was very supportive when they saw I had a small child and allowed me to check in early. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast buffet had many dishes.

The beds and pillows were super comfy. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but not all. Great location! Only a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute Grab to the downtown core.

There are two Cordial Hotels. The smaller one is very loud. There are vendors using PA systems in the street till 11 pm. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The floors weren’t swept, and clean towels and dishes were literally left in a pile on the chair. Sometimes a dirty glass was left behind. Wrappers and such were not disposed of by house cleaning. My first room didn’t have a safety deposit box so they gave me a new room for which I was grateful. The final straw was when they sprayed pesticide on my floor for an ant problem. My eyes were burning, so they moved me to another floor. Then moved me to the newer hotel again, grateful; however, three room changes in the first five days after a 23-hour flight was not at all relaxing.
