Convenient and good value for money. A good base to visit Zürich. Just a 10 minute walk from the station. Was pleased it had air con. The bathroom was a good size.

Not enough kitchen utensils and cups for 3 people even though it was a triple room. No kettle to make hot drinks, we had to boil the water in the microwave.

The hotel is visibly showing its age, for example, the bathroom faucet is loose. No elevator (although it was announced).

The room amenities were scarce. Glasses and cups were missing. After requesting the missing items from the facility, they told us to bring them the next day but no one came.
